As the title indicates we will be tasting entrees and wines from Italy. Seafood forward dishes, highlighting fresh Mediterranean herbs, citrus, tomatoes, and legumes accented by Italian varietals including a prosecco poached pear will set your heart on visiting the Italian coast to sip on a glass of wine while watching the sunset on the horizon.
