OUR FIRST DINNER OF THE YEAR FOCUSES ON THE ASIAN FLAVORS OF GINGER, LEMONGRASS, HOT PEPPERS, LEMON, GARLIC, FISH SAUCE, TOASTED SESAME AND SOY. ALL WILL BE USED IN A VARIETY OF PRESENTATIONS THAT SHOWCASE THE IMAGINATIVE PALATE OF THAI, JAPANESES, AND KOREAN CUISINE. WE FINISH WITH GREEN TEA, BASIL, AND LEMON DESSERT THAT SIMPLY AMAZES! JOIN US FOR AN ENJOYABLE EVENING OF FOOD AND WINE.
