Dinner with the Chef - 2017/2018
The final Dinner with the Chef for the 2018 Spring Session is titled "Sweet, Spicy, Savory" and will be held April 25, 2018 beginning at 6:30 pm. The menu for the April dinner is will feature sweet, spicy, and savory dishes with bold and subtle flavors that flow between each course. You can access the menu by clicking on "Sweet, Spicy, Savory". Reservations for the April 25 dinner may be made by calling 979 239-3226 beginning at 5:30 pm on Monday, April 16, 2018. Reservations will be accepted for parties of 6 people or less. No seating arrangements can be guaranteed.
"Dinner with the Chef" is a unique event with a four to five course meal and wine pairing from our owner/Chef, Lin Biar. Each course is narrated by chef and a guest sommelier as guests have the opportunity to visit, eat, drink and pose questions about each course and wine pairing. The cost of each dinner will be $74.95 per person (tax and gratuity not included). We look forward to serving both our regulars and our new guests to our special dinners as we enjoy each others company and our love of food and spirits.
