Dinner with the Chef - 2017/2018
The next Dinner with the Chef is titled "A Very Happy Valentine's Day" and will be held February 21, 2018 beginning at 6:30 pm. Subsequent dinners will be slated on March 28, 2018, and April 25, 2018. The menu for the February dinner is a Valentine themed event centered around aphrodisiacs. You can access the menu by clicking on its name. Reservations for the February 21 dinner may be made by calling 979 239-3226 beginning at 5:30 pm on Wednesday February 7, 2018. Reservations will be accepted for parties of 6 people or less. No seating arrangements can be guaranteed.
"Dinner with the Chef" is a unique event with a four to five course meal and wine pairing from our owner/Chef, Lin Biar. Each course is narrated by chef and a guest sommelier as guests have the opportunity to visit, eat, drink and pose questions about each course and wine pairing. The cost of each dinner will be $74.95 per person (tax and gratuity not included). We look forward to serving both our regulars and our new guests to our special dinners as we enjoy each others company and our love of food and spirits.
