Dinner with the Chef
We are pleased to announce the third season of "Dinner with the Chef" events. Each "Dinner with the Chef" is special and unique with a different theme and menu. The evening begins with a reception beginning at 6:30 pm with dinner to follow beginning at 7:00 pm. The theme and menu are personal menu selections from our owner/chef Lin Biar. Guests dine in a private dining room while chef dislpays his creativity and serves a delicious four course meal. Each course is narrated by the chef and invited experts throughout the evening with educational and informative discussions.These events are lots of fun as we get to meet new friends and have a wonderful time while exploring a common interest, tasting new wines and dining on great food!
The dates for the 2011/2012 series are slated for September 28, October 26, and November 30th. We will take a break in December and then resume the series beginning January 11, February 8, and ending on March 7, 2012. The price is $54.95 per person and includes taxes and gratuity.
Reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. All reservations will be accepted only when a date is posted to begin calling for reservations. All reservations must be made by phone only with Lin or Thomas, 979.239.3226. No phone messages or email reservations will be accepted! Reservations are limited to 6 people or less. No double booking of events will be allowed.
